Leyli Homayoonfar, chef-owner of Bab Haus in South Wales, has been named one of CODE’s Most Influential Women in Hospitality for the second year running.
Posting on social media, she said: “I feel very honoured to be named in @codehospitality 100 most influential Women in Hospitality 2022 for the 2nd year in a row. I guess it’s something I just can’t get used to ❤️ Again I’d be nowhere without my team behind me. Thank you and thank you to all who nominated me.”
Bab Haus specialises in modern BBQ inspired by Texas, Mexico and the Middle East. The group has two sites: Bab Haus HQ ‘Smoke Shop’ in Caerphilly and Bab Haus Mex in Goodsheds Barry. Food is designed to be taken away, although both sites have seating. The business also has an online shop selling heat at home kits available for collection or delivery across South Wales.
