Sirous Vaezzadeh-Naderi has been running My Persian Kitchen with his partner Abigail Plet for the last 10 years – a Cambridge-based Persian catering business which also does monthly pop-ups and offers delivery.
Sirous is a trained chef, born in Iran and now living in the UK, who creates recipes inspired by his grandmother and mother, taking guests on a journey to Iran.
Serving both modern and traditional Persian food, My Persian Kitchen aims to offer creative and diverse dishes which are nutritious as well as tantalising, spreading their love of Persian cuisine and aiming to make dishes like ghormeh sabzi and khoreshe gheymeh household staples.
They use the best local suppliers and the freshest ingredients which, when possible, are supplemented with seasonal herbs and vegetables that they grow on their own plot.
